Nah, that DPD is an agreement between them and you that they must hand over the livable flat and it's always one year after PCD(To cover their ass if anything goes wrong during construction and delays the project)..

Usually 6-9 months from PCD will get keys..

My PCD is 1Q 2017, DPD is 31st Jan 2018..I've been living here for the past 4 months, my reno took about 8 weeks..

1 good unit from Admiralty Vista.

The rest I didn't bother to see lo.

Previously was 4 good units for Treetop Trails. I would say marginally better la this time.

Anyone here has any idea if how does credit card bills affect bank mortgage for housing loan? And if we stop using the card for 3 months would it improve the credit rating tremendously or do they take a long term average look instead? Thanks!

I applied for May16 SOBF at Bukit bBatok but my number is not very ideal 3XX. From what I see, there are only low lying units available at the project (West Terra) that I'm looking for.

In Nov16 SOBF launch, HDB actually lists higher level units from the same project and same block. Why is this so? Is there anything i can do to choose those units? Appeal?
