So its 1K max per month & if u do $50/day withdrawals, 20 times max to hit 1K. That is $20 rebate from 1K withdrawal, 2%. its better than previous 1.5%. Just that now u need to do a lot more trips, so 0.5% more for ur effort. :s13:

Also take note of this new TnC, The new Rewards Program is valid until 31st Dec 2020 and only for the first 65,000 eligible customers until the end of program.
Wonder how they compute the first 65K? Is it first 65k withdrawals?

Icbc account I leave $0 there. Yearly make one transaction will keep it running on and on. No need maintain any minimum. Their internet banking is still not as advance as other banks. Even their ATM machine often under service cannot use. So I don't keep any savings there at all :o

Is the 30 points reward discontinued already?

My weekly cycle started yesterday, did not get 10 points for $50 withdrawal. Neither today.... :(

ONE hickup and SOCASH takes back all the 'bonus $'?

1st week of September went to ss to withdraw $50, reach the stage where I select my DBS account, press okay, money send and then the wheel spin and spin and nothing shows up on my SoCash App.

Thought it crashed so swipe it away, relaunched and saw a notification of failure, press it, got failure code/transaction code. Press notify socah team....

Then 1.5 weeks later, received an email from SOCASH say we detect that you transfer $ but failure...blah blah. Option 1, use app send alert (which I did), option 2, chat with CSO, which I pressed no one turn up, option 3, reply email with name + DBS bank account and they will send back.

now is 3 weeks later...check my bank account no $. Takes so long meh?

Or my $50 makaned?

It seems like max $1 per day only. Not worth the effort unless the outlet very near you. Not gonna participate further after i withdraw all my previous $3+ rebate. If they have better promo next time do update. 🤞

Ya.. usually after exciting promo (such as the 1.5% ss) they'll die down a bit and only dish out not so attractive ones selectively. After a while when they see not many active participants, they'll re-introduce attractive promo to attract back the users. That's the pattern i noticed :)

So far every time i met with hiccup, I'll live chat them during their operating hours. They'll get back and issue resolved with funds return within the next day or so

Did you email them?

Try live chat them again. Once u get hold of someone, it'll be resolved very quickly
