These few days i draw, the 30 points system not moving any more. It seems near to last few days it'll stop working (i have 20 points to go to hit 30 but it simply refuse to move. )

Now have to wait for auto reset in December

I had hit 900 already, should have done 50+50 right? But I did 60, so next I should do 40, to stay within 1000?

Lately i ran into paynow hiccups again. Keep requesting for physical token though i have mobile token setup. Until an extend i decided to carry my physical token along. Guess what, even with physical token i also can't withdraw successfully. So no choice i called up DBS. Cs was very helpful. He assured me it'll be ok after he reset on his end. Cos on off it'll be out of sync. And truly after he reset on his end, my mobile token works again. So for those of you having mobile token log in issue, if u have tried reset yourself but still hiccuppy, i suggest u call up DBS to ask them reset on their end.

(I have ownself reset 3 times the mobile tokens but still gives problem last week. Until cs did the reset on his end then it works ok again)

tried SS n Buzz today, all got points n bonus $1

Now i track back. I think i knoe why. Cos i have been drawing only $10 after gotten max
So $10 doesn't give 1 point. The other night i tried twice. 1st time $10, followed by $50 same night. Also doesn't award. So to be entitled i should draw $50 on the 1st attempt of the day i believe. Later I'll go try

How did u rest your own?
I had called DBS CS to rest my token on their end before. The physical token will obsolete soon.
The UOB token if out of sync, have to get a new one from their branch.
