noticed a couple of things after updating

1) got back around 2gb of space after update
2) touch id failure rate has improved

Updated my iPad 3 to iOS 8.1, it's confirmed much better then iOS 8.02 which is super laggy.... and solve the screen unlock issued!
Pls go ahead!

I go for the updates because IOS 8.02 make me haywire!
Been doing hard reset a few times... End up throw my iPad 3 on the sofa...
My 6 years old daughter also play until pek cek, lol.

So without hesitation, once it's relase.. I launch the upgrade to iOS 8.1

Overall, those who visited this site is to get more information before decide to launch the official update to ios8.1

Restored my iPad to factory. Seems like safari only saves passwords for certain websites.. Hwz not included..

Tried Movie Box after the update. It doesn't work anymore.

anyway did u try changing the date to maybe 16 sept 2014 n then try launching it before changing back to current date? i havent updated yet n dont intend to either until this is fixed i guess?

Haven't tried yet - but hoping they'll fix an irritating cut/copy/paste bug. Back in iOS 8, sometimes no matter how many times I re-highlight the sentence the options will just disappear in a flash.

I'd experienced this in Evernote; but somehow I think it's an app-specific issue.

It always happens to me on Safari. Notes occasionally as well. Don't think its app specific, more like OS bug.

Now I trying in this text field. Still ok.

I went from 8.1 Beta 2 OTA. Gave me a full 1.9GB 8.1 dl

I did. 8.0 to 8.1 via OTA this morning when I woke up.

For those who do not see the update OTA.
turn off wifi.
Check for update.
Turn wifi back on to update.

maybe those cant see the update can try this method from PetPet?

Force close the settings app and go in again to check?

How about plugging to iTunes to check?

Have you declined any updates previously?

Check under usage / storage, see if any old updates are dumped there?
