Funny..... Didn't do any updates but this morning my phone status shows 8.1 version. Guess it's auto updated?

But strange also camera roll should be back but why I still don't have it?

After using for a day.
I think the battery life not bad for iphone 6

~ 1% battery drain every 11 min of using the phone
- safari surfing / whatsapp / playing Simpsons / FB etc
- wifi / BT was on all the way. No usage though

Managed to hit around 11 hrs of usage, and a few hrs of standby with 5% battery left


Continuity works fine as well

No issue with wifi (since iOS 8.0)

is every option on?

lol? u expect a software upgrade to increase your wifi speed when your subscription of a certain broadband speed and your router remains the same?

I think he means the wifi bug. On 8.0 - 8.0.2 my apps load quite a bit slower on wifi.

But 8.1 battery drain is bad. Especially on 4G, my 5s can barely last 3-4 hours.

Settings show dashes right now... But on 4G just now when I head out. 5 min drop about 3%, even when screen off and doing nothing. Tried hard reset also the same.

Now I got a new lightning cable alr so maybe later try to restore iPhone. Hopefully better. Currently batt level 16%.

Just upgraded all my apple devices to ios 8.1

Not much difference, I don't see any increase detoriation in the battery life nor any issues that you guys are facing.

iPhone6+update via WIFI, no problem, auto restart, battery as per normal, all is well

iPad2 update via WIFI not successful, try with iTunes, quite slow, eventually successful
