Dear all,

I think one of the upcoming CCK EC that was mentioned is at CCK avenue 5, developer Qingjian (I think). Does anyone knows which is the other one?

Most probably referring to Sol Acres phase 2 launch. Else based on URA plan, no new plot was being sold for EC

If its really SA Phase 2, then the reporter also really one kind.. like that also can say its 2 upcoming.. :)

This is just my personal assumption but really no more land being sold for EC at CCK.

All these are marketing gimmicks. Based on fact SA sold 25% but reported as 50% solely based on SA1 launch. Depends on how u see it

Anyone knows if there's another Ec release at Cck my agent told me this will be out q3 and will be price more competitive due to low land bid

Yup at brickland road there. Location wise abit ulu but land bid is less than $300. Definitely cheaper than SA and WV

Think there could be some shop setup at the block opposite the site and its walking to keat hong. It seems it would be the cheapest Ec will wait for this.
