Still compare Wandervale and Sol Acres.
But Wandervale not many balance unit to choose from...
Actually went to see Westwood but far from MRT station.
Hope can get a unit soon.

what are the balance units for westwood? mind sharing?

What is ur concern and what are you comparing against?

Like you said, Wandervale has not too many units left for your consideration. Personally, bcoz of some documentation issue resulting in delay of my purchase for a week, I lost my 1st 2 choices, luckily my 3rd choice still available.

Actually I saw a unit at Sol Acres. 3 bedroom premium with 2 balcony. But all face west. i will go to Wandervale again n see what is balance and hope can get a unit soon. Also consider the price on this 2 projects.

My unit is west facing as well in WV. Dun worry, with the west facing stacks layout in WV, you will not get too much of a west sun unless you are taking top few units or corner stacks.

Sorry that I do not have too much to comment for SA as I did not have a good feel from my first visit to the show flats, for a moment I thought I stepped into IKEA

Pricing wise, both is about the same.

Pricing wise, both is about the same.

lower than i expected since it launched earlier than other ec.

Halo all, wanted to book a unit in Wandervale.
But now have to wait for developer to accept my application because i did not met the 30mths disposal of my previous pte property..
Just a few months diff.....
I know my agent is working hard to appeal for me.
Went to see ParkLife & The Visionaire EC.
Both EC lay out are quite OK just that the yard is very small.
The Visionaire price is also very expensive.

Wandervale is near to 2 MRT St but i prefer DT line.
Hope the free shuttle bus will continue after 1 yr.
No direct bus fm Wandervale to DT line. Bus 190 & 975 hv to cross a road and cut thru HDB block to Hillion Mall
Why change PC to Ec... long story. hahaha...

I am too lazy to walk to CCK. Especially this type of hot weather. By the time i walk to CCK, i will sweat and smell too... hahaha.

Personally I prefer WV. Reasons:
1) Nearer to MRT(much nearer compared to SA)
2) SA is the largest EC in Sg, imagine the facilities will be crowded during weekend.
3) Don't like the petrol station to be too near to my house.
