Hey dnsfpl, I saw that you have been asking alot about Sol Acres from the two threads from months ago, and I actually just want to let you know that I will be getting 1 + 1 tomorrow, the last high floor unit. As for all the funny things everyone said, you don't have to take it to heart. Just enjoy your days in a place you're choosing to be your home. I think most imptly is that you dont stress too much and when you've decided, stop trying to get the pros and cons out and live with your decision happily. It is a little small but come on, isnt it easier to keep the house clean? Compared to Criterion and Signature etc, this is a pretty good EC. Given that the number of ECs are dwindling, there shouldnt be small affordable units like these available in the market soon. Ultimately, you have to stay within your budget and not over extend yourself. Hope we will get to be neighbors next year. :s13:

Usually how long does HDB take to approve your purchase? For eg, if u booked a unit and paid option fee in mid August?

Bought a unit at SA. TOP is Dec 17?? Where can I find the info ?
