Hi guys, from what i understand, Wandervale EC seems to be sold out, but how come some property agent still list the EC for sales on property website? e.g https://www.99.co/singapore/sale/property/wandervale-condo-UrvvbAcCHZezmaiyVGSVtM

Is this really still available or just advertising tactics?

they just want to get your details, then they'll try to sell you other ECs to get rid of existing stock - then show the rates of EC supply dropping fast each month..then sell you the upcoming ECs at higher psf - all tactical.

Any WV owners have a floor plan layout for 3BR Premium Type B1 with dimension.

I only have the general floor plan layout. Sourcing around for sofa, dining table, fridge etc. Slightly tougher without the dimension.

Hi Chia, only hv the Floor plan fm the brochure. Think only can hv actual measurements when collect key. Now only plan some design on living rm
