I lost my way this morning while looking for the hostel, first I met a guy who could speak English and he directed me the way. Then I got lost again, approached 2 young girls, they didn't know the way, but they came back to me, and asked me to wait a minute and they checked it on their mobile! While walking to the destination, I approached a guy (with a child) and he took out his mobile, confirmed the location, and directed me to the hostel!

russia is actually a lot safer than malaysia.

So how u communicate with ppl in russia? Does majority of them noe how to speak english? :)

So you survived the trans siberia train to Moscow. Which class tickets did you book? From the pics, I guess you're in your early 30s. :)

Anyway, traveling alone is quite fun. But I only travel alone for business not for leisure.

Bought the third class trains from Irkutsk to Moscow and Moscow to St Petersburg.

No updates for the last few days cos too busy having fun!

Met two Singaporeans at the hostel this morning (time difference)

Now waiting for bus to Riga! Too early. Scared arrive at the wrong place but all's in order!

When I've crossed over to Estonia, I've done the overland from China to Mongolia to Russia to Europe!!!

I like the Chicken Kiev best. Made by my russian friend. Haven been to Russia

Any new updates on your trips? How did it go w the 2 fellow SGreans?
