My Apple and Google accounts got hacked yesterday. So I changed the password. Went to clash of clans (coc) and found out that the hacker joined his own clan and made my account a sub. Asked him if he could control my computer because he knew my saved passwords in Google chrome, and 90% of my online accounts passwords are stored in Google chrome, so I'm basically f-ed. Indeed after on-ing my computer he could access and control it without teamviewer or anything... He also caught me trying to download malware bytes, I'm now using my phone as Apple states that he can't hack my phone as the security level is very high. What should I do guys?

His IP if anyone interested

I forgot to mentioned I also made a online police report if anybody is going to suggest that

U shouldn't even be posting here.

Go find a way to reach Apple and Google, most likely their local branches here.

Tell them the problem either in person or through email/phone. Prepare evidence to prove your identity as original owner of the accounts.

Edit: The longer you delay to take action, the more time the hacker has to cause damage to the accounts you own. ANd do note that HWZ is in the public domain and is searchable by Google, so there is a chance that the hacker come across this thread via Google Search for your nickname and may see that you are taking efforts to regain control.

I called Apple just now and they said as long as I changed my password and security questions I should be fine, I'm posting here to ask how do I revoke his access to my computer?

Try contacting IDA or the relevant authorities and get them to block this particular IP address? Or something like that since to get to your computer, one needs to go through local ISP servers (unless ur comp has VPN), so u can discuss with authorities wad actions to undertake?

Edit: And until the problem is resolved, get the affected computer off the internet? Coz I don't remember anyone so powerful to remotely control an offline computer.

Ok I made a police report already, so as long as I'm not on the Internet for that computer, he can't control my pc?

First thing you should do is remove your pc from the network. very unlikely the hacker is able to control the pc without network. You try starting your pc in safe mode without networking. backup all your data and do a full wipe of the hard disk and reinstall the os. as to all the passwords, login via another pc and change them immediately.

Yups.

And also for those accounts that have been compromised through leaking of password from ur Google Chrome, dont attempt to access from other devices until problem is resolved. Coz this gives the hacker the chance to also hack into your other devices.

Or u could take the risk to quickly access from another computer and change those passwords before the hacker gets to them first.

Public service announcement :) -

Google has a two-level authentication system. You can set Google to send an authentication code to your phone via SMS whenever your account is accessed through a new system.

Already did 2FA for my Google accounts, now is to wait for the Apple account, they applied a auto cool down because I changed my password recently
Double-check that u regained control of the Google account?

Next is to abandon the CoC account or at least ask game moderators for help if u signed up and paid for the account.

I did sent a support ticket to them and got 2 quick replies, but after that I think the hacker might have blocked my communications with the developer or they are already off work... I can't get any reply from them now and no I did not pay for this account or spend any money

EDIT: He has my paypal password though it is now limited...

Any hotline to call? Some games do offer assistance over a toll-free hotline, even if their call centre is in the US.

And u prob need to find Apple Singapore (if it exists) and call them to release the auto-cooldown. Coz the hacker can do some damage to your account.
