Some hacker controlling my pc!

Any hotline to call? Some games do offer assistance over a toll-free hotline, even if their call centre is in the US.

And u prob need to find Apple Singapore (if it exists) and call them to release the auto-cooldown. Coz the hacker can do some damage to your account.

No hotline, I indeed called Apple in the morning about it and the guy also said to enable 2FA but I told him about the auto cool down but I think he said to wait for it...

U had any anti-virus software or even a basic admin-user accounts system in place?

Because sometimes I play games they say I no need anti virus so from then on I didn't install any AV... Although after this I'm definitely going to install maybe MSE

Hope u learn something frm this experience.

No Antivirus at least a basic user-admin account system. Then use the comp as standard user. Any funny activity the UAC will sound out asking u for admin password.

Wow seriously... Is security for phone and pc so lousy these days?

security depends on the user. in this case, it is non-existent. i am always baffled by comments like common sense is the best security and no av is needed

anyway just get emsisoft emergency kit, hijackthis and tdsskiller. use these to scan your pc and you should be good.
