Anyone experiencing the ambience control not working as intended? I tap on my left earpiece and a sound is produced but the mode is not rotated. Sometimes it work and most of the times it doesn't. Any fix for this?

check the manual again on how to change the noise cancellation mode

Anyone having issues with sound skipping? It only occurs when i move around and my phone is in my pocket (Note 9). When not moving i don't have this issue, using spotify for music.

Please be careful with the blue plastic tool provided by Dekoni.

Mine broke while removing the original pad. Luckily I have my ifixit toolkit.

The small tip is no use wan. Only the handle is useful. You can also use the handle of a metal teaspoon for the job
