I got the 75kdx9000f from Jonathan at causeway point as well.
Good services and the price is good too.
TV delivered and I am loving it. No regrets getting from him.

You get this 75" for the clearing price, can share how much you pay for it?

hi anyone here has problem connecting to sound bar.
tv - X7500F
sound bar - sony HT-S200F

connect through ARC, sometimes can work sometimes cannot
(tried between 3 different HDMI cable)
try connecting using bluetooth, not sure why tv not able to detect soundbar thru scanning.
No problem connecting soundbar with phone directly

also if connected to sound bar, volume number will start from 45 onwards.
so if my volume start from 1 onwards i know sound is from tv speaker and not connected but if start from 45 onwards, i know soundbar is connected.

I also have this problem. Mio tv kept giving me hdmi errors. Changed to new hdmi cables, change set top box twice and still got problem. I'm using a yamaha ats 2070 soundbar. I thought maybe yamaha and Sony not compatible, but hearing you having the same problem even with the Sony soundbar, maybe it's the ARC port got problem....

Compatibility issue with ARC.
I have used both AVR Receiver and soundbar so I roughly I know
what could work with Sony TV.

Currently using Pioneer AVR receiver (Mid-range model) so far no error unlike some
soundbar model that I used in the past.

HDMI ARC is either hit or miss, sadly there isn't any list on what
device is compatible with TV.
For 4K HDR TV, recommend to look for soundbar/AVR with
HDCP 2.2 and 4K HDR compatible.

i gave up trying, i think i hard reset N number of times.
In the end just use the optical cable provided (i did not put the HDMI cable)
But i have to use the soundbar remote to control the volume.
And i have to make sure, i switch on the tv first and follow by the soundbar.

To add, i have an android tv box and xbox connected to my tv.

Another thing to add, my soundbar has Bluetooth function.
But when i try to scan for using the tv, i cannot find anything.
Not sure why too

I think it's a known problem (by Sony) that the current firmware has issues with the ARC. Supposedly the update to Oreo will solve the ARC issue. But as of now, no updates on when the updates will hit Asia-Pacific side (it's already available for US side).

I pm Sony Singapore on their FB regarding Oreo update, their support cannot answer, "please allow some time to consult our colleagues so we can better advise you". That all, no reply from them already. Lousy, their support don't even know.

On the other hand, my friend Samsung 2018 TV already got new update to enable Apple Airplay 2 support. Seem like Sony has no plan to update 2018 series to support Airplay 2.

For soundbar best not to use BT, either Optical/3.5mm.
BT it's bitrate is low so the sound quality won't be that as good
with direct cable.

Poor QC?

Does Sony TV have poor QC?

I purchase a 65" Z9D last year and after 6 months, there is dead pixel on the display, call the sony, technicians came down to assess the issue and after waiting for almost 2 months, they return and replace the LED panel.

Next day when opening youtube, notice there is different color tone on the tv on the grey loading screen.

Email Sony and request for help, the technicians say is backlight issue, cannot repair, repair also same problem.

Isnt the backlight technology one of the selling point on Z9D?

My 5 year old LG doesn't have any issue.
