Come with 4 x 3D and 1 flick remote controller, wall bracket.

Hmm..I am asking abt update thru wifi rather than usb. I am aware of those t&c .

So i called up the support regarding my one flick remote... ask me to do this do that....switch off tv not enough, must unplug some more.

In the end, told me there is a software update tomorrow that will solve some bluetooth issue.

Even got update should be able to pair the remote to the TV right if the remote is working ?? I asked if other people are having the same issue with the one flick , she said yes.

so bopian, see tomorrow how.

Btw, anyone with 65W850C that have dead pixels and mura (aka clouding)?

the support page of firmware update for 50w800c makes no mention of bug fixes, wish they indicate if they fix any bugs or not. Like how the tv set keeps forgetting the eco setting, the backlight illumination level, and color temperature setting, particularly after waking up from idling for hours, for example.

The American version of the support page (presumably is similar in many ways) does mention fixing some black screen issues, the black screen issue I encounter, is usually with sounds, though.

i thought so too but at least they didn't get me frustrated. like some other customer service i have encountered.

they also arranged call back to make sure that the issue is resolved after the firmware update. so quite happy so far.

my x8300C is not streaming a video file properly, i wonder if they can get a tech to come and solve the problem. wil try call them again when i m free.
