Agree with you on battery life. My Smartband Talk can also last 3 days though no colours and running on E-Ink, it does serve the purpose which I want and without the hassle of charging every day.

The strap can be changed.it's not fixed.

Heads up for those with steel straps. Apparently the casing that wraps around the SW3 is made of silver painted plastic and the paint can be scratched off fairly easily. Only the watchband is made of steel.

It's a staggered rollout so it might take some time before your device receives the update.

original firmware about 4 days, now less than 2 days

Yeah, I wonder what's causing the battery to die so fast. But it's not very consistent. I went out with more than 50% few hours ago and it just died suddenly.

I would advise holding off your purchase until they can sort out the battery life problem. Right now, the watch is totally unusable since I can't predict when the battery will totally drain off. The update is terrible. Anyway to roll it back?

Any 3rd party apps you installed for the watch? Might be the apps that are causing the problem, as they aren't optimized for the latest firmware.
