I'm using it good. After edited the recommended equalizer setting sound very good plus it's over a year the battery life is still not deteriorated for me yet (haven't heard battery low warning). Up to your final decision to get it or not.

When connected in Classic Audio via an A2DP connection (for music playback): SBC, AAC, LDAC

When connected in LE Audio: LC3

I think it is still worthwhile to get this model. Personally, using it for over a year, and I think in overall the experience has been good so far.

You need to tweak the Equalizer a bit to suit your listening preference though. In general, I feel it provides good vocals and good bass (not overly bassy).

i think that is about 90+..

i was told... if i send it in to be evaluated.. then they say change the case... then its 90+ and evaluation fees... but u get like 2 weeks(?) warrenty...

if you just buy the case itself... then its just 90+.... no warrenty... strange but true!

I just changed the tips to Comply tips. It seems that the sound is better, as in better sound-stage.

Just updated mine to latest version 5.0.2. Anyway noticed the battery been deteriorated recently. Used to get up to 7 to 8 hours of battery time previously as I watch 3 EPL matches from 7pm to 2am. Now can only last at most 3 to 4 hours and getting alert "Battery Low". Maybe about time to change to XM6 since this XM5 was purchased August 2023 coming to 2 years old.
