For me, this is my first Sony phone and I'm very pleased with it. It takes some time getting used to the UI since I have been a Samsung user for years now. The reason I got this phone is due to getting a green line on my Note Ultra 20 recently , and this phone conveniently came along at this time!

Regarding the change of gift redemption from headphones to Linkbuds, the terms and conditions in the redemption program did indicate this, so Sony kind of covered their backside lol.

Wished I could have time to go down to the event and snag a free vlog monitor though... Hope to get the stand cover once it's back in stock though, hopefully when it's time to redeem the headphones.

Yeah, I get that they have the right to do this but I saw this more as a missed opportunity to announce that the phone has ready stock now instead of being a pre-order item. It would certainly drive the hype higher

Same here, that was why after testing out the Linkbuds and seeing the 1 V running out of stock that day, I decided to pull trigger.

The one I get is fully clear from Mobilelite. I think fully clear is better.

Nope camera works normal. Mine is covering only the edges and not the glass.

Yeah, the camera protector from Mobilelite does not cover the lens, only the sides as you mentioned. I believe it's done so as not to affect the optical quality.

I kinda like side sense, I just put it at the side opposite to where I usually swipe. I configure it to double tap for screenshot. Cos I wanna minimize touching the hard buttons.

I have the GP-VPT2BT grip. The remote is fixed. I tried a third party remote but the shooting button didn't work. It changed lens instead of shooting.
