After recent update, I noticed widevine changed to L3. It work for awhile after clear cache & storage, uninstall app, restart phone then install. After awhile it reverted to L3 again. Very frustrating.

Time to complain to Sony Singapore

I can get it back to L1 when I tried clear cache, storage then unsintall, restart phone and install again. But now I realised in 'Playback Specification', Maximum Playback Resolution is Full HD and HDR capabilities is None. I do not have this problem when I'm using Xperia 1II. I'm starting to feel paying premium price for 4K screen on Xperia 1V is a scam.

My pervious one plus one does not have this problem

The WhatsApp call issue i using the same telecom and wifi got no such issue but on xperia have this problem frequently

You guys ever have this issue where the phone just blacks out, screen and all buttons are unresponsive except for power and volume up button?
Pressing power button does nothing. I know the device is on because the charging light is on.

It seems to happen only when I'm charging.
