You guys ever have this issue where the phone just blacks out, screen and all buttons are unresponsive except for power and volume up button?
Pressing power button does nothing. I know the device is on because the charging light is on.

It seems to happen only when I'm charging.

Anyone got issues with Starhub and 1V? Sometimes it would lose all connectivity including phone calls, quite inconvienent until I restart the phone or wait for really long

Your situation likely similar to mine and darkmatt and many who encountered.

Go and reset your APN it should be good.

This my xperia 5IV also encountered this bug (?) SO conclusion it's likely program glitch.

That was what I did, still got

But at least this issue is quite intermittent

Try reset APN again and reboot phone again? APN can reset many times. Sometimes when I felt my internet getting wobbly I reset and reception came back. ( it's like the internet reset button for me but I did not reset phone)

Problem is it is not just Internet but also voice and SMS all go down, trying to narrow the cause

Seems to be my Starhub SIM card or that slot not good?

I too am facing similar issue, normally the network gets stuck in 5G but 0 network reception. I have to reboot phone and then it's fine. Gonna try do the reset APN next time
