Why never consider xperia 1II? Too big size for you?
Bcoz I already decided on Fruit 12 pro max
So I needed a smaller Android.
Sadly the fruit cannot make it.
Sorry to say since I bought a xiaomi 10 ultra and I put side by side with the fruit, the difference of the display omg. That's another story altogether.
Haizz.. pre-orders from Sony store delayed:

From your post, not clear. So you prefer the fruit or xiaomi display? Lol.
Xiaomi with the 1 Billion colors.
Lol ok. Xiaomi ftw.
Owners can help me try see if at home screen, swipe to another page, then swipe up. Does it go back to the home screen or bring up the app tray instead? Cos my xperia 5 only brings up the app tray, have to swipe left to go back to the home screen.
Received an email from Sony Singapore today, and contacted CJ Logistics. I'm expecting the delivery on 17 Nov, as stated by Sony in their notice of delay on 29 Oct.
Brings up the app tray. I think it's an android default behaviour. There is a side sense menu to configure what swiping up or down on the side sense does, one of it is to return to home screen. However, the side sense is a bit of hit and miss for me, sometimes my gestures were not captured. But I think that's something to do with my screen protector. I think my screen protector is affecting the touch screen sensitivity.
Thanks. Cos was using xiaomi and Samsung which can go to the default home page when swiping up. This might be a deal breaker for me unless I reorganize my apps into one page.
Would this be more of a launcher-specific functionality?
I read that Sony devices are much closer to stock Android.
I got a bit sick of all these conflicting statements by the salespeople so reached out to Sony in writing.
Thay said that the phone does not meet the Singapore service operator's detailed network specification requirement to officially launch as a 5G model. (Probably why they have removed any 5G references from the Singapore specific page).
However, the phone will support NSA (non standalone) 5G bands but not SA (standalone) 5G bands apparently.
I've been trying to figure out what this means from a Starhub/Singtel point of view as it does seem like both do have NSA 5G networks.
Wow. U are like all over the place and changing phone like changing underwear, haha!Got it. Got $50 discount if pay by citibank credit card.
