I think the high global adoption rate of XZ is highly attributed to the fall of Note 7 and no other attractive phones (maybe pixel phones).
I still don't understand why sony disabled the fingerprint sensor for us modelsI think the high global adoption rate of XZ is highly attributed to the fall of Note 7 and no other attractive phones (maybe pixel phones).

It is not hard to understand some features missing in the land of patents.![]()
hmm.. so only the patent owner can include fingerprint scanners into their phones? o.o
Android N reach Singapore yet?![]()

I also find mine a bit lag. Even when is new without much stuffs.Wonder what is taking them so long haha. My XZ starts to lagg slightly alr, was waiting to update to Android N and do a factory reset...
I guess it will take awhile...![]()
I suspect it was due to Smartcleaner being too aggressive...currently trying without it...if it isn't then will have to wait for firmware updates...
Most of my previous Xperias also does the same thing, minor issue such as stuttering UI, non responsive touch are often solved within a few firmware updates after phone release...even my Z2 and Z3+ is running very smoothly now...
Do the pre-installed apps like Amazon, AVG, Xperia Lounge etc play a part? I get notifications every now and then, a little annoyed as previously in Z5 and Z5 Compact could easily uninstall these apps. Regret my itchy finger to tap and launch these apps in the first place, should have left them alone. But I could not feel that the xz has lagged. The only thing is hard to find glass protector. Sony shop bring in full screen but it doesn't contact the screen and tapping on screen is not so sensitive at times.
Hi guys, another question: the NFC chip is on the top left, beside the front camera right? But I can't get my smartband to connect to itAny idea what I could be doing wrong?
