Squat - 88 kg 3x5
Bench - 74.4 kg 5x5
Rows - 49 kg 5x5

Deload and drop to 3x5 for the squats. Hopefully it will help me shoot up above 100 eventually.

how long have you been lifting bro?

keep squatting in every workout, u will get to 100kg in no time. But from my experience, my glutes is naturally huge but squat make it super huge. You can forgo skinny jeans if u are following this plan.

I'm not stopping squatting, just reducing to 3x5 instead of 5x5. Still gonna squat. And I stopped wearing skinny jeans long time ago, even the slim fit jeans are a squeeze now. :s22:

Squat - 90.2 kg 3x5
OHP - 42.6 kg 5x5
Deadlift - 40 kg 1x5, 60 kg 1x5, 80 kg 1x5, 100 1x5, 120 1x4

Stalled on DL today, so now have stalled at least once on all the lifts except BP.

I haven't done DLs for about 1-2 years, because the last time I reached around this weight, pulled my lower back. I lost concentration at the top of the lift just for a moment, and felt a pull in the muscle on the right of my back, just above the pelvic bone. Was in quite a bit of pain, could not bend over without pain for about 1-2 weeks, and took about a month to fully recover.

So I'm glad to gain back the strength today, but I am a bit worried that I will pull the muscle again. Today after pulling, I can still feel it "throbbing" which is probably a psychological effect :s22: Must watch form and concentration during next lift.

Squat - 97 kg 3x5
Bench - 78.8 kg 5x5
Rows - 54 kg 5x5

I saw a guy and a girl using the barbell like a foam roller, pressing and rolling the calves, the shoulders, etc. The moves look legit, but surely it must be awkward and painful to use the barbell - why not use the regular rollers?!

Squat - 99.2 kg 3x5
OHP - 44.8 kg 3x5, 2x4
Deadlift - 50 kg 1x5, 70 kg 1x5, 90 kg 1x5, 110 1x5, 125 1x5 (PR)

Quite happy with squat and deadlift today! :) I grazed my calf again during the last two sets of deadlifts, it scratched an old scab so there was a bit of blood. Quickly cleaned it up with some wet wipes, but I was thinking that it is actually quite gross and very bad gym etiquette. :( I think I need to put a plaster or tape on the scab next time I pull.

Meanwhile, I saw a huge ang moh guy push 3pps on the incline bench press. Effortlessly! Woah!

Wat 3pps???? Incline some more. I take it as 20kg per plate. That is 140kg!!! How many rep? Means that flat bench press should be > 150kg!!!!

Was this huge tubby-muscular guy. Warmed up with 2 pps. Then started to slap on the plates. Ended off with 3 pps with 5 reps - all touching the chest, which is even more difficult on incline. Then he went to do weighted pull ups :s22:
