I was really hoping to get 3 reps but failed on the last set. Ah well, let's hope for more during th enext cycle

Oh man, oh man! Major pr on the bench and equal my previous best on deadlift. Thank you jonnie Candito!


I was having my doubts earlier, after only managing 2 reps for squat day, and only expected to hit 2, or at best 3 on both lifts. But this really exceeded expectations! Really stoked now, am deloading this week because am overseas for work, but next week will be back for cycle 2! Did a finisher on deadlift as I'm going for kilos for kids next week. Anyone else going?

Anyway, I'm thinking of getting myself some accessories, now that my numbers are half decent, and also an early Christmas present. I lift totally raw, no belt, saf issue shoes. Any suggestions on what to get first? Probably a belt, then shoes ?
