SPX Express is so horrible

SPX is the worst. They can delay your delivery for 3-4 days while out on delivery, and just use the generic “peak period” excuse.

I have given poor reviews explicitly condemning the use of this delivery service. Rather pay the same price for J&T or Ninja, even if they’re not perfect.

Even if need to delay at least have a courtesy to contact us and make an arrangement that works for both of us leh… now I being left hung dry, and I don’t know when and if the delivery is confirm or not.
What if we keep waiting for next 3-4 days next thing SPX says cannot fulfill? That’s even more frustrating.

I have some other stuffs that I like to buy from shopee but I think better not, at least not for those urgent kind of stuffs. even if I willing to pay extra $2.99 delivery fee I don’t think they really can deliver n time.

my experience with spx, collection point usually ok leh.

quite fast and accurate. might be zone / area problem.

Got bad experience with collection point around end Oct. Lockers were full 3 days in a row. Had to kp them before they finally took action and delivered to doorstep.

Use picklocker if possible or collect from shopee point if package is small.

Pick locker is also by spx.

How did the delivery guy know your residential address?

Cos when you bought the item by choosing the pick locker address, the Ship To / Delivery Address should be indicated as your name + pick locker address on the label.

Back end shopee cs can see and redirect.

u can't choose the shipping company, but u can choose to use collection point. I always try to use collection point when possible.

I think depend on where you stay.

Normally when it is at east sorting centre, next day evening the parcel will be delivered.
Providing not weekend.

SPX delivers, but slow.

They deliver on Sunday?! Amazing service!

Depends on the personnel like a lot here said. My area guy is very good, he will Whatsapp to say he’s coming to deliver that day then I can just msg him to put where etc.

When he deliver will send pics etc. bumped into him once, nice guy

Shopee say, the parcel is wrongly put on another van which not going to your area. You must go complain ask them wakeup their idea. Then the parcel will appear on the same day evening time. If not your parcel will missing in action. Then dissappear.
Don know how many time already, lousy shopee

Thankfully the rest of my items which i bought is not delivered by the god forsaken courier company
