yes S27 is the most efficient way to gain access to S&P 500 using SRS.New to SRS. is it ok to use SRS for S27, and just leave it there?
Any other portfolio you guys recommend?
Thanks.
thanks for your reply.yes S27 is the most efficient way to gain access to S&P 500 using SRS.
Jan onwards the lot size for sgx will be changed to 1 unit share. Makes it easier to allocate full srs balance to it.
Nope. no charges for holding etf for srs investments.thanks for your reply.
May i check if there is any recurring charges for owning S27 in SRS acct? like management fee or custodian fee from SRS acct? say DBS..
Supposed to be a $2 dividend handling fee, but I heard they suspended charging this fee… for now.Nope. no charges for holding etf for srs investments.

Should buy it on 17-Jan when etf on sgx reduce its lot size to unit share.
just give some % buffer lor.. base on current fx rate. it’s ok to leave some cash, next time top up and buy again.

Actually I am not so concern about the high cost in terms of unit trust. A bit like 0.3% like that if u choose between infinity s&p500 vs S27.Yes, DCA + lumpsum cash & SRS in both LGI, 0% sales charge. So far i think my S&P is > 10% growth. Global i think is 7% to 8%. S&P is pure USA. Global is a mix with other regions but also heavy in USA. I just get both.
Some forumers will say UTs have high expense ratio, buying ETFs are better if using cash. I collect both.
I would prefer infinity s&p if among these 2. For I want to redeem, just a click away. I'm fine with the charges. It is not as though S27 dun have charge...Actually I am not so concern about the high cost in terms of unit trust. A bit like 0.3% like that if u choose between infinity s&p500 vs S27.
I think long term wise doesn’t matter. I have some funds who beats s&p500 but is charging more. I think it is ok also. Diversify a bit.I would prefer infinity s&p if among these 2. For I want to redeem, just a click away. I'm fine with the charges. It is not as though S27 dun have charge...
Oh yah, supposedly all SGX listed ETF will change min trade to 1 share from next Mon onwards. Can test S27 on Mon, haha.....They changing? To 1 share?
