reminder to move funds out :o
reference month is March though even for May
I dont understand why do we need to move fund out?

I presumed the next promo period after May is based on the incremental fund compared to May. However if I move fund out of esaver, i will lose the May interest.

Wldn it be better to rotate fund btw 2 esaver accts instead?

Anyone getting a black screen on the SC app when authenticating desktop login on the new SC app ?

Hi all,

Interest and bonus interest credited on 29 Apr 2023. If you use the mobile app, transactions details does not show the interest posting although the balance does include the posted interest.

But if you use browser, transaction details shows the interest posting.

This issue happened after the revamp of their mobile app. Now I cannot rely on mobile app and always have to login to browser as I cannot be sure if there are transactions that I cannot see.

Please help to feedback this to Standard Chartered. It is ridiculous that mobile app cannot be trusted.

Another issue is if you temporarily block your credit card, the card totally disappear like it never exist. Can't check transactions or check due date. Other banks with this feature will block but the card details still appear as usual.

Mine is invite ending Jun at 3.8%. I give up on reconciling between the 3 types. Only make sure after getting the exclusive bonus interest on 20th, all 3 type of interest add together equal to 3.8% of my bal.

Some people just have comprehension problem, dun understand what you are trying to explain.

I always believe nobody will teach you the secret to making money (sure win) without a hidden agenda.

We always must do our own due diligence.

That is an insightful perspective. Thanks. I heard of courses like trading using technical analysis. Is there some truth to this? Paying X dollars and return financial profits for learning such techniques. Welcome anyone comments.

There are no "secret" techniques. TA classes just teach you the variety of techniques available, then you choose and decide what work best for you. These techniques can reduce the "unknown" factors in trading, tats about it.

Whoa this scb app is getting more absurd. Interest credited on 29th Apr but not reflected as transaction in the app. How do they expect to us to tally the initial principal and after interest principal till they reflect in the app? The new app is horrible and I gave the feedback to the CSO and he “assured” me that it was rectified since last month. Their assurance cannot be trusted.

me too have some unpleasant experience! The new app is still wonky :s22: dented my confidence with them.

If take existing SCB April cash transfer to Bank A, then transfer to Bank B and back to SCB. Will this consider as incremental fresh funds? :o

as long ADB in May is higher than Mar, merry go round 10 banks also can.

Basically have to login to online banking to see the transaction detail. New app is one step forward two steps back. Someone should be fired.

I don't see any one step forward but many steps backwards.

Think need more people to feedback to them. Thought they would fix it soon after feedback but still not fixed after almost a mth. Accuracy of transaction details is very fundamental.
