I think its the opposite - more like your account has been kosong for a few months, then your RM will generate the email to entice you to put money in. At least that's the case for me the past 2+ yrs.

anyone received bonus interest for June ADB yet? Used to be credited by 7th of the month for the past few months.

Mine is new. So to establish a "relationship" first, of course he has to entice me with my little requests like the exclusive e-saver rates.

I still have not received my BI. Called the service line and they also stated by 25th July, but I said this wasn't the case for the previous rounds for years back and she said she will email the relevant department and they will get back to me, still have not replied to me yet.

You can make a thousand calls and its useless coz its stated clearly in Point 13 of the T&C that the bank has up till the 25th of the following month to credit the bonus interest to you. Previous rounds pay u earlier doesn't mean the pattern will always be this way.

  • Some users report that even after funding, the account may not appear until the branch has fully activated it—so allow for a full week before it's visible for trading .

  • Once the USD account is live and funded, you can select it when placing orders for U.S.-listed securities. Until then, the platform will default to your SGD account .
