There are a few exclusive invites, need to state which one are you. FYI 2 mth (June-July) 2.65% with wealth holding invite BI isn't in yet.
My invite was for Jul to Sep 2025 with no wealth holdings requirements.

so what is the title of the email invite, T&C title and the max ADB eligible for the BI?

Email invite title is "<ADV> Get up to 2.65% p.a. interest with the e$aver Bonus Interest (Jun-July 25) Promotion", sent to me by my RM.

T&C title is "e$aver Bonus Interest (1 June 2025 to 31 July 2025) Promotion Terms and Conditions",

Max ADB eligible for BI is 2 mil as per "provided always that the Incremental Balance eligible for Bonus Interest shall be subject to a cap of S$2,000,000 per Qualifying Account(s). Any amount of Incremental Balance exceeding S$2,000,000 per Qualifying Account(s) shall earn the Prevailing Interest only."

Any more questions ?

I think your RM just forward to you what is available to the public (Jun to Jul 2025 promo). I am using the Aug Exclusive Invite as an example. I believe the Jun 2025 Exclusive Invite should be the same format

1. This is the email header for exclusive invite -
"<ADV> By invitation only: Enjoy high yield interest of up to 2.40% p.a. on your
e$aver account(s)"

2. $100k fresh funds to indicate your participation - "Simply top up your account with fresh funds^ of minimum S$100,000 by 31 August 2025, such that your deposit balance on 31 August 2025 is at least S$100,000 higher as compared to your deposit balance on 31 July 2025, to qualify for the promotion"

3. This is the title of the T&Cs document
"e$aver Exclusive Bonus Interest (August 2025B) Promotion Terms and Conditions:"

4. it is usually 3 months (since beginning 2025 and maybe even earlier)
"e$aver Exclusive Bonus Interest (August 2025B) promotion ("Promotion") is available starting
from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025 ("Promotion Period")

5. BI applies to max $5,000,000 ADB
"In addition to prevailing interest of 0.05% p.a. ("Prevailing Interest") earned on your entire deposit
balance in the Qualifying Account(s), you may earn the relevant bonus interest ("Bonus Interest") at the
bonus interest rate of 2.35% p.a. ("Bonus Interest Rate") on the first S$5,000,000 of the average daily
balance ("ADB") in your Qualifying Account(s) during the Promotion Period. The Bonus Interest Rate
shall apply from 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025 (both dates inclusive). Any amount of ADB
exceeding S$5,000,000 shall earn the Prevailing Interest only. "

those whose RM invited you to the 2.4% promo... pls share your RM name... so that I can request to change the useless 'RM' that I have.

every question I asked is only responded with copy-and-paste TnCs instead of personalised, authentic responses. waste of time trying to check things out with him.

have money to top up 100k also no use when the RM doesn't even bother to engage.

If it is 2.4% and you are above 55 years old, maybe best to just dump it back to cpf (whether via VC or do a voluntary refund housing loan assuming you took a loan from them).

since cpf oa is 2.5% (less the interest for the month that money was returned or taken out).
vs any bank giving u less than 2.5%.

And for those aged 55 and above, essentially your cpf oa is your HYSA (u can access the money in it anytime).

I think there is an internal bank protocol for change of RM
1. The new RM has to submit a form with your signature
2. The incumbent RM will usually give you a call (as indicated by the new RM) to understand why the request for change. The leader of the team of the incumbent RM will probably review; approve OR reject the request
3. If the request is rejected, status quo

I am quoting from my own experience :) .......... not because i'm fedup with my incumbent RM but because i went to a branch near home to seek assistance. The ones on duty did kindly provide assistance and at end he/she suggested a change since he/she is always onsite at the branch near my home. So i went through the above and at end of day, status quo. No change of RM :)

still a few years to go before 55 :o but yeah if rates dropping further... will very likely refund housing... I see the accrued interest increasing so much every month see liao jin sian...

I'm not sure why too. I did not initiate the request, it was suggested by the person who assisted me at branch and suggested the change and i agreed :)

when i incumbent RM called to clarify why the change request, he explained that he is new to my account and "not so nice to change" and thus appreciate that I cancel the change request. But told him over the phone that I'm ok to proceed with the change request. After a couple of months, I noticed his name is still in my app.

Don't you people get the survey to rate your RM ? I get it quite often. But because I never need his help I never answer the survey.

Sounds like RMs might have a "persistency ratio" just like insurance agents, and requesting to change RM would affect his chance of a promotion.
