So far I have met this requirement as long as there is an exclusive invite so I won't be able to comment if you do not participate in the exclusive invite, will SCB assume you are going for the public eSaver BI promo.
By the way, the public eSaver BI is for FRESH funds - incremental Dec ADB compared with Nov ADB

My RM app status is always "AWAY". It takes her ~ 4 business days to respond to my enquiries with a one liner response. Because of the no response, I walk-in to branch and once the counter staff realised that I have RM, they taiji away and ask me to call my RM instead
Not that I always look for my RM .... I have been Priority for years without a RM (after the 1st long serving RM left SCB) and I survived and only recenlty they started to assign an RM again (2 assigned and left within 1.5 years and currenly this is the 3rd one assigned).

around Jun 2025 SCB was in the process of integrating the separate online trading app into the SCB online banking app. When I was setting up up the accounts, keep getting an error code and "contact RM or visit branch for assistance". And was not able to transact in UT subscription using the mobile app.what were u trying to do at the branch with the counter staff ?

My account has been upgraded to priority but my fam one didn't. RM tried calling my fam but we didn't pick up. Ended up no upgrade for that account. We also scared RM wants to meetup bla bla bla so we didn't pick the call.
My account i don't even need to speak to RM for it to be upgraded. (Btw I don't even know who my RM is.) So we don't bother. It seems like they auto upgrade a handful of friends here in the past.
