Emptied all accounts, Good bye SCB.... was good while it lasted :o
Thanks for the convenience of allowing direct transfers between own account and still eligible for bonus interests over the years

Is it too early to bid farewell? Looks like the saving interest market is going south together. Maybe for now, it might not be attractive compared to other accts but soon catch up will take place. No bank will continue to pay atrociously higher interest to savers when the loan interests have also drop.

Anyone transferred fund from esaver ac 1 to esaver ac 2 on 31/5?

I did that on 31/5 after the interest was credited on 30/5, thinking 30/5 could be the day when ADB will be used for May. But i realised SCB has debited a few cents of interest from my esaver ac 1 and credited the same amt to my esaver 2.

Does it mean my esaver ac 2’s ADB for May is not 0 anymore? And I have spoilt my chance to earn bonus interest for Jun and Jul? :~(

I'm surprised to know some interest is deducted from your e1 and credited to your e2.
I tot it's stated in t&c, if the last day of month falls on Sunday or Public Holiday, movement of funds should be disregarded?

wow, this thread got relegated to as far back as page 7...

wanted to ask those who're exclusive bonus interest clients (1.55%, which ended on 31 May), have you received your bonus interest for the month of May?

I received the normal bonus interest (based on 0.95% for Apr-May promotion) earlier in June and checked with CSO, they said will credit in the remaining 0.6% under exclusive bonus interest. So want to check whether the others also share the same experience.

I think you should see the credit tomorrow morning when you wake up :s13: It was a good 25 month relationship without having to play musical chair every couple of months :s22:
