Just received another email invitation from SCB on eSaver.
Seems like they now require minimum top up of 100k.

Dear MR XXXXX,

As our valued client, you can earn up to 3.80% p.a. interest on your e$aver balances.

From now till 30 April 2023, you will earn interest on balances in your eligible e$aver account(s) in the manner as set out below.

Simply top up your account with fresh funds^ of minimum S$100,000 by 15 January 2023, such that your deposit balance on 15 January 2023 is at least S$100,000 higher as compared to your deposit balance on 31 October 2022, to qualify for the promotion.

Std Chart has a cutoff time. Transfer after that time is counted as next working day value date.

Can't remember the cutoff time.
AFAIR, SCB weekday and Saturday's cut off time is comparable to local banks and better than HSBC. Having said this, I usually would try to do my transfers by noon time.

A pity never received such offer. My end Oct balance was at 1000 only. Or probably that's why they won't offer?

Mine was also left at 1k for over a year until they announce the '1 December 2022 to 31 January 2023' Bonus Interest promotion. Upon which i moved some funds into esaver on 1 Dec. I then receive this email over the weekend.

How does this esaver promo works? Need to pump in min. 100k above Oct 2021 ADB by 15 Jan.

Must maintain min. 100k till 30 Apr?
Can deposit & withdraw funds as long as maintain min. 100k in esaver acct?

Read the terms & conditions. Not much info on these requirements.

This one came in an email stating 'by invitation only'.

"To qualify for the Promotion, (i) you must have received the Invitation Notice, (ii) you must deposit fresh funds^ into your Eligible Account(s), such that the end-of-day deposit balance on 15 January 2023 is at least S$100,000 higher than the end-of-day deposit balance on 31 October 2022, and (iii) your Eligible Account(s) must be validly existing, in good standing, and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner at all times including at the time of crediting of Bonus Interest (as defined below). Where these requirements are satisfied, your Eligible Account(s) shall be referred to as "Qualifying Account(s)".

The non-invitational one is e$aver Bonus Interest (1 December 2022 to 31 January 2023) Promotion

May I ask - how to increase daily tranfer limit using the app.? TIA.
I can't find how to do Std Chartered change daily limit on mobile app. I use the browser internet banking.

Login and on the top right hand where your name is click on it then click security and limit maintenance.

Anyone know if the incremental interest is for 2 months or 1 month for those that opened account in Dec?

I.e. Funds transferred in Dec eligible for 3.8% for both Dec and Jan or just Dec only?

The website says From now till 31 January 2023, earn up to 3.80% p.a. interest on eligible deposit balance of S$2 million with no lock-in period when you bring in incremental fresh funds* (compared to November 2022 average daily balance)

This means Jan still qualify for Dec's incremental fresh funds isn't it? Since its compared to Nov average balance.

This is different from the usual musical chairs mechanism
