Yes. That's why apply for tbills and SSB on the last 2 days of closing. No need apply early.

And refund for unsuccessful or partial allocation, same day return to esaver (or other bank accounts). Will earn more interest.
Correct, so these transactions do not depend on beginning of month or end of month.

For credit card, I just do a scheduled transfer when I received the statement and if I happened to receive a big/small sum of money, I just deposit it into esave, whether end or beginning of month.
U obviously have comprehension problem! Its your money, it is up to u!

You said "If I need money, if can delay till next mth the better."
But if you need money and can delay till next mth, then you don't need money now but need money next month right? :D

When you have comprehension problem, it is like this!

When my credit card bill is due, I defer for another mth interest free!
