Good, you have the answer, wasted my time ! Good luck!
You decided to waste your time! Your posting seems to base on your interpretation of the tnc and not the actual bonus interest computation as evidence. I'm moving on from this as I already have my evidence.

You seriously have comprehension problem! I am just being humble but you are worst, make assumptions on your transactions without proof that interest will be paid! ok dun waste my time with you!

From the Value Date stated on my eSaver transaction history. Isn't that good enough?

Are you saying that the eSaver bonus interest calculation is not based on SCB Value Date as stated on eSaver transaction history and you have evidence to show this is the case?
If yes, I'm prepared to ask my SCB RM to help claw back the bonus interest shortfall. It would be helpful if you can confirm this with evidence.
This guy makes assumption and claim he had done due diligence and wants other to follow his views that money transferred into esaver on Sundays and Public Holidays will earn interest same day. He wants you to lose money! osim!

Yes, I only saw it after I transferred. :D But I'm still unsure of the transaction meaning. Does the value date showing there (01/05/2023) means the interest starts today onwards?
That would be how I interpret it as. Is it inbound or outbound transfer?

SCB valued incoming transfer on same day including weekends and PH.
bro, u r not wrong in the above sentence. However there is a clause in T&Cs that says:

8. For the avoidance of doubt, any deposit, withdrawal or otherwise transaction in relation to your Qualifying Account(s) that takes place on the last day of a calendar month, falling on either a Sunday, a public holiday or a bank holiday, will not be taken into consideration for the purposes of the Bank’s computation of ADB and crediting of Bonus Interest.

As 30 April 2023 falls on Sunday, that's why... :o

All talk based on what they think, no evidence?
transfer today can get interest ? :p
It is your money! Go read what they posted about the 2 dates for funds transferred in today! But if you are not earning interest in the other account, then no harm. Why not do a small sum to test if you can afford to lose? Your choice.
Don't really need your help as I already have the answer.

Per my earlier posts, Value Date are 30 April and 1 May.
Or ask this guy for his answer, he transferred in today value date May 1, posted May2

If you want to know the possible meaning of value date and posted date in this case, ask. HE got RM but never ask, so funny!

Ok no more sharing from me.

Dun understand. It is based on march 23 adb. If u earn incremental fresh fund interest in Apr 23, just leave it there. No need to do anything to get may 23 incremental fresh fund interest. If u DUN get any fresh fund incremental interest in apr23, regardless how u transfer and put the same fund back, it won’t help.
what i read is different, for May it also has to be New funds transferred in to earn the Bonus Interest, not rollover from Apr.

For this current promo, March is the fixed Comparison Month for both April and May. Bonus interest is calculated based on the ‘incremental ADB’ i.e. difference between ADB(April) & ADB(March), difference between ADB(May) & ADB(March). (ADB - Average Daily Balance)

Two simple examples : assume ADB(March) = $0
1 ) Deposit fresh funds $10k on 1 April and hold it until 31 May without additional deposits
ADB(April) = $10k and ADB(May) = $10k (assume no withdrawal in April/May)
Bonus Interest (April) = $10,000 * (0.0375/365 * 30) = $30.82
Bonus Interest (May) = $10,000 * (0.0375/365 * 31) = $31.85

2 ) Deposit fresh funds $10k on 1 April and deposit additional fresh funds $25k on 1 May
ADB(April) = $10k and ADB(May) = $35k (assume no withdrawal in April/May)
Bonus Interest (April) = $10,000 * (0.0375/365 * 30) = $30.82
Bonus Interest (May) = $35,000 * (0.0375/365 * 31) = $111.47

Ya. I generally got the black screen when I din log out my mobile properly which I do not usually have such habit. What I did was just hard close the scb app and login to webpage desktop version again and it works normal

I tried hard closing the app, it still doesn't work, still get black screen when need to authenticate and app reopens

Perhap u need to call them to resolve this issue. Another way is to remove and download the app again but not sure whether the digital mobile token will be affected which u need 24hrs before u can start using it after registration
