I have moved out my money out of this difficult eSaver crap and given up on SC. Their customer service is non-existent! I guess they only service priority banking customers.

There is only that many banks in Spore. Perhaps speak to a live agent instead. Also did you all in into SCB? If yes I can understand your frustrations. Advantage of calling is the instant gratification itch being scratched. Calls can record too so not much of an issue for black and whiteI dun like to waste time calling, just use ibanking email, email and wait, everything is in black and white!

Call the general line and ask them to check, the wait time is usually a lot shorter vs the local banks.

Ssb lock in is only until the following mth.But what's the case for FDs versus SSB or T-bills right? Both are locked in and quite transparent.
More about people who are just more comfortable doing things in person at the bank even if it takes much longer and yields less.
