Worse is the error message keep changing. A few times it says your SC authentication key has error.

Still can't. Notice at mobile app login just changed to say reservation for new notes temporarily unavailable.

Down since 9.55am. Now 1.28pm. Close to 4 hr downtime. If they don't fixed going to have to answer to MAS liao.

Edit : Can access after they removed the CNY reservation.

Wow! You are lucky then. I tried many times and by the time able to logon they stopped the CNY notes reservation already....

I think this online reservation is quite a failure. It drove so much traffic till they couldn’t handle. I managed to get a slot at 1.20pm but that’s after many attempts (logins then hanged then logouts)since 10am. Hope they think of better way next year. I knew last year was challenging to get a slot but at least it was not down. Fancy someone needed to make an urgent transaction in the morning. GG.

I did. But it didn't apply in my case. Last month, under same invite, I got all interest in one tranche, this month two.

I will ask you to refer to the official tnc, at least for mine, no fixed number of tranches stated.

When are the two tranches?
The base interest which everyone will get is already one tranche and it is paid out at the end of the month.
which invite did you get? For 3.7% or 3.8%?

Second month - received miniscule interest on 1st day of the subsequent month and the rest later around mid-month (within subsequent months)
Third month - Akan datang

So in my case, theyhave been random with no consistent interest crediting process. And YMMV. If you experienced consistency in your case, good for you!

yup they should do like what other banks did, create a separate portal for the reservations so it does not overwhelm the critical online banking system.

Is ur “first month” November 2023? Recalled the public promotion was 3.6% for Dec 23 and Jan 24. Since u din meet the incremental balance increase for Dec 23, u get the base interest at the end of the month only. Is it the reason why?

Right. They have also been sticking to the terms in my case - by 20th. Just that after my first month's super positive experience, it was puzzling to me why next month process so different. lol

mine differ by 1 cents... but total still 3.6% (following public promo rate which is higher than invitational rate).

they been doing this every year for a few years though and its the first time they crash. though its normal that slots are all taken up within 5- 10minutes of opening, its the same for dbs/posb also. except dbs/posb is smart that they separate the booking form from the main banking app or internet banking functions.
