Problem with Standard Chartered Tampines is that no separate Q for reserved notes and other transactions. They don't have those ambassadors like DBS to help out.i see ..
past few years have been using dbs to get new notes.
although their branch is crowded, processing is very fast and Q move rapidly.
DBS will prepare your requested amount beforehand. When you arrive they ask you enter atm card and pin and your NRIC. after you provide atm card and enter pin , they will just pass you the prepared amount in an enveloped and thats it.
But I strongly suspect the staff at Tampines branch snake. Not crowded but they are slow. After serving each customer they will stop for a few minutes before calling the next customer. Let's see how other branch fare.
if no i'll probably move most funds to other options by mth end
