I think Sat morning transfer should be safe, can't find related information for SCB. HSBC one cutoff is 5pm on Sat.

Anyone knows what is the cut off time for esaver incoming funds transfer to qualify for the bonus interest calculation on Saturday?
Try it yourself and see what's the posting date. Usually around noon or just after
I transferred around 1.30pm from DBS, but it was under review. The transfer was successfully processed at around 1.43pm after DBS called me to clarify. I checked my SCB app, and the value date is 1 June 2024.

Curious why DBS needs to call you to clarify? Amount too big?

Because part of the funds was transferred from my son's SCB eSaver to my UOB account, I moved the money to DBS and then to SCB to ensure it was considered fresh funds. This triggered the review.

DBS spot check on you because the amount was huge? What did DBS ask you before agreeing to release?

Regarding the invite to top up eSaver, do we just deposit the money? Or must register in some way?

I do similar but for my wife's account, probably your amount is even bigger hence triggered the review.

Yes, transferring all fund out from UOB to standby for the next quarter's saving promo if any. DBS asked why I needed to go through them instead of transferring directly to SCB.

Why do you need to tell DBS that you are playing games?

DBS is savvy, just transfer directly to SCB! You are acting like you are do max cleaning of funds, like ML, maybe that's why DBS catch you !:ROFLMAO:

But, it is good news, we know DBS is working to catch any "scammer" transferring big funds out of your account before it is too late!

No I told him I selected the DBS account by mistake. I wanted to transfer to SCB and not DBS.

they called you because the payee account is not in your name? means if it's to a self named account they don't care?
