The first tiered amounts are not low. It’s a whopping 5m for max EIR of 2.37% only. Otherwise it’s just 1+% at most.

The product is horrible, unless you're (1) old and above the age of 55 (2) not digitally savvy (3) fear scams more than anything else in your life.

Better off with SSB for the long term, or Tbills in the short term. Those are much safer than having money in the bank.

Leveraging on elderlies with good impression of brand.
Probably insurance for elderly $ loss not cheap.
Elderlies may not be capable of doing esaver musical chairs (MC) cos funds under trust and the trustee don't play MC games, so for half demented wealthy elderlies, SCB got solution for them, but it ain't gonna be cheap.

now bonus interest only comes in around 7th-10th of the month
