Hi folks, just checking, if I transfer money out from SCB eSaver account on 1 Feb Sunday. Will it be considered on the same day or the next day 2 Feb Monday?

I think the bank will do whatever is in their interest, not ours...

I received an email adv instead, also 1.6% Feb to April, but I couldn't access the tnc from their website (not found).

that's correct. Full account balance enjoy the previaling & bonus interest for months Feb to Apr as long as you meet the incremental $100k criteria in Feb.
