same here, but i feel it's not useful when they throttle until 1mbps during peak hours or when you're in a dense area

it's my only complaint for giga so far as i only use like 10gb a month since WFO

i have
i am on x off. i get a bit lazy to always go redeem aft renewal bill cycle. becos it isnt wide coverage (like 5-10% of the times i use i see 5g) & i don't feel any wow differences (i dont bother doing speed tests)
redeem? It is free?

i switched out of giga to vivifi also. waiting for my sim card to be delivered.
MyRepublic when I was planning to port out on 21/12, the earliest delivery was 29/12 which is over my Giga renewal date. Then website says if want to get sim instantly, go down to their physical shop. So I went to Bedok one, 0 queue, within 10mins I got my sim card and received message for port out request at 10pm. Same night around 10.30-11pm Giga line got cut off, switched to MyRepublic M1 line. By about 12am, the MyRepublic line switched to my ported number. The best port-in experience on my end thus far. When I switched to Giga, the line got cut off about midnight, the giga line is on but only switched to new number next day about 11am.

Tried to utilise all the remaining data before porting out soon. Haha.

TEL MRT

For me pointless cos I really have issue with Starhub/Giga network at my area/public transport route to/fro work. I had same issue with Starhub sim only then switched to M1, all good with M1 (just slower speedtest result) then switch to Giga seeing that it offers VoLTE (I searched and make sure Giga user managed to get VoLTE on Poco F3 before I ported) then only discover that VoLTE not enabled for my phone and also network facing disconnection even with full signal probably with the issue of switching base station. Back to M1 network on MyRepublic, I can game inside MRT and bus with minimal downtime. Starhub/Giga can't do that, ping will suddenly surge to 999ms, lose connection, reconnect then die in game.

when i port out giga to SingTel Sim only i still have 100gb remaining

hahaha
Same. No regret. Till next time Starhub/Giga. Signing off.

After I use giga I also prefer to go back to Singtel. Thus I am soon be ported to vivifi. Haha. Will likely to stick to it since I have the permanent 50GB data.

I was formerly on giga network (using IPhone XR) and when I was on a call with someone, the data network is almost unusable, but I have no issue with M1 or Singtel so decide to
drop Giga despite their offer is really attractive.

That's probably due to VoLTE. If VoLTE not activated on your line/phone, your phone will fall back to 3G to make calls. That's the reason why I'm moving away from Giga too. By right Giga has it but Giga and Starhub both very particular about device connecting to their VoLTE don't know for what reason. They seem to have to set something on their end to enable VoLTE on the accounts. I think that was what that happened.

Starhub is Premium
Giga is Normal

same logic....

SingTel is Premium
Gomo is Normal

Both are their MNO

I have tried Circle life (on iPhone XR) and TPG (POCO X3) and they are both ok. But no matter how I configure Giga on either phones, I am facing the issue. Could be due to VOLTE but I gave up trying and move on to other MNO/MVNO.

How's the connection on NEL, thinking to switch to giga/gomo
I have not used gomo , so I can only comment on giga. It's perfectly fine when I travel between sengkang and potong pasir. But my usage are mostly just web browsing & streaming. No gaming.
