Senpai Senpai can enlighten me because my Giga upload is only 1.64MBPs
Every time when trying to data backup for whatsapp it's very slow
My download highest speed is only 40MBPs and sometimes the network is slow tbh and buffering.

maybe your area telco (SH) antenna for SH is very far .. thus the latency. Try downloading "network cell info lite" you can see where the nearest base station is located

I click on the map, the nearest base station is 7 blocks away from me.
It shows that I am in a yellow Icon in CCK though.
Gauge shows that I am in -104 serving cell (yellow) I suppose if it's green it means my network is better.

I think I might purchase a TPG prepaid simcard to see if TPG is better in my case since my phone can operate two sim cards.

It shows that I am in a yellow Icon in CCK though.

Why not do backup when you are at home using your Wi-Fi instead ?

i port out of giga and use vivifi 18 for 50gb

every month have 100gb rollover useless and can't use finish... i rather have SingTel network

Oh is Vivify good?
If it's ST network then I guess it should be strong I suppose.
ST is really still the best so far in terms of everything but tooo expensive ....

vivfi is singtel network i am on it too as good as other singtel mvno or the main telco no difference

I added the 5g pack as it is free for now. Notice that my phone is rarely able to maintain the 5g network for long as I move around, and speeds are not exactly blazing fast that I would pay 10 dollars more for it.

Not really?
Some factor include VOLTE, VOWIFI, ESIM and Roaming price.

Not everything about vivifi.. (Unless they sponsor u)

A bit random… for those whose devices under Giga’s VoLTE compatible list but did not receive the feature, you can try to Facebook text Giga’s CS for them to escalate the issue to the higher authority.

Will take a while for you to get connected to a CS, and from there will take a few more days to get your VoLTE. But it works.

My iPhone 11 managed to receive VoLTE from Giga already. And also have VoWIFI.
