Guys have you encountered this problem?
I got my number ported over successfully, shows my number in app and i can call my number fine. but in my iphone settings under Phone, or in imessage, i still see the temporary number and i have no way of changing it.

How do I fix it?

ok nevermind i resolved it, had to reset network settings

When I call banks or Singhealth hotline, the voice from the other side gets distorted for a few seconds from time to time. Had to get them to repeat once in a while. I thought I was the only one. But yesterday my friend said she encountered the same when she called bank.

Anyone else encounter this ? Was considering porting out because of this.

Not yet. I don't call much and at home most of the time. And can always use my fixed line to call.

Plus this month they so generous give free data and calltime

but i just realised, if i take the $10 plan, only 6gb?

For now, I still have reservation of making TPG as my main line.

If you are concern that 6GB is not enough, can consider vivifi plus 9GB for $9 forever.

Guess TPG network coverage and data speed might be a main reason why people are using it as secondary line.

- SingTel Postpaid
- SingTel Prepaid (hi!Card)
- SingTel GOMO
- Zero1
have apps.

ZYM, VIVIFI, CMLink still don't have any apps.

vivifi got their own apps to track the data usage?

Vivifi don't have app. But can add website to homescreen for easier access.

i will only use it on ipad at most.. certainly not main line...

Anybody having issues with SMS OTPs since Sunday? I am able to send out SMS but can't receive any. Contacted Giga customer service and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience and that it would be restored in 1-3 working days. Appalling service that something basic as SMS can still be screwed up without anyone knowing for 2-3 working days.

Mon to today I have received SMS from banks, singpass, polyclinic appointment and courier.
