Are you onboard with this lobang?
nope, on the 15 bucks plan. Don't intend to pay more for 5G as the coverage not that great for now.Are you onboard with this lobang?
Yup, I heard and read about their 5G coverage too, hence I intend to stick to 4G network at this point of time.nope, on the 15 bucks plan. Don't intend to pay more for 5G as the coverage not that great for now.
This is Giga thread.Hi, I have just switch over to GOMO from Singtel Sim-only plan. I have just received singtel bill and was still charged subscription from 2nd Jan to 1st Feb to my credit card. The bill generated was before my port over to GOMO hence the extra charges. I have tried to call singtel billing hotline and it is impossible to reach someone without an active line or account. Anyone have experience on how to get back the extra charges. Will they refunded on the next billing cycle? Thanks.
The reason that I have posted here instead of singtel thread because I'm sure most people here have port over from other telco might have experience this. Hope someone can share here. This is Giga thread.
When I port over they pro-rated it. So they only charged the amount of days I used before the porting date. For main teleco it's postpaid (so anything used will only be reflected in the next billing date). Gomo, Giga are prepaid subscriptions so you pay at the start of the billing cycle)The reason that I have posted here instead of singtel thread because I'm sure most people here have port over from other telco might have experience this. Came home problems again. Me at sengkang.
Ah i see. Cos when i port over to GIGA as a starhub CIS Customer, it manage to port in successfully. But when my SO ported in from a Starhub CIS Customer, giga say they do not support. As long as the line is under your name and NRIC, should be able to port.
You can port in and out. I believe they only verify subscriber name and NRIC when doing porting.
If the line is register under company name than i am not too sure.

Common issue, not just with Giga but with Singtel MVNOs as well. Happens maybe once or twice a month, depends on (bad) luck.Connected to GIGA but no data coming in? (Calls and sms okey)

U can always try out then if not happy port out again. Advantage of no contract.Happened to stumble on this ad which seems attractive but uncertain about their data network coverage.
Wondering whether to port over from my current GIGA.
