I got a question about the roaming. I bought roaming yesterday for a day trip to Malaysia today.

Then I bought another roaming package after arriving in Singapore from the day trip because of the 50% discount. I am going to Malaysia again next week so I thought to might as well just buy first.

However, it looks like the roaming package has been added on to the package I bought yesterday instead of activating next week when I travel. Is my $2.50 gone?

My words came out exactly the opposite what I was hoping to say. My bad. I meant to say that it's very difficult to ask for anything in an online forum, even if just a simple request like who took which code etc. Sorry if that created any unnecessary misunderstanding .

I just tried the codes. All apparently used.

Perhaps there is another theory, that the codes can only be used on a newly registered account. Cos I have been trying the codes on my existing Giga account (but currently no lines with the telco) with no success.

No, I used on my old giga account. I ported from giga to vivifi and now back to giga using previous email account
