Deactivate from 11pm
Take up to 3h to fully port over
So your ported number should take effect from 2am onwards.
Standard procedure.
Did u stay for the 3 hours as specified in the delivery schedule? Normally they dun call, they just ring the bell. Of course if they come early and u get the card already u need not stay for the remainder of the 3 hours obviously.Failed delivery.
How come the delivery man didn't give me a call prior sending it over?

if my entire family members mobile numbers all under my name how to port them all over?
No issue, since all are under your name. Just port in each of the numbers either by using the website or the app.
so need to insert sim card in phone then 1 by 1 activate?
then port over1 by 1?
can transfer line ownership to family member after port over?
From my previous email with their CSO, they said it is guaranteed that you can activate without problem within 30 days from delivery date. After 30 days, your line may be disrupted. The service disruption is processed in batch, so it may also possible that you can activate in the 31st day without problem. In general, the longer you delay, the greater the possibility of disruption.Anyone knows What’s the longest period that I can hold onto the sim without activating it?

No need, if your intention is to sign up all giga plans for all your family members' numbers that u want to port in. They will eventually all be under your name's same account for centralized control like port in, and the buying of add-ons.
So for your 2nd question, I think it will be difficult to transfer ownership of line after porting to giga.
I would recommend that u sign for MyRepublic plan instead as they offer free transfer of line ownership. After that is done u can always port to other providers including giga if u wish.
Anyone unable to get data during 2-3am every night? It has been happening to me for the past 2weeks....no matter how I switch the apn lol
