Hi

I faced this problems last 2 weeks ago also. They told me someone will call me within 2 working days however turn out to be 2 weeks( I kept calling them to call me). I just managed to get a appointment date on 14th Sept. Just now they called me and tell me the appointment date might be reschedule. So pissed off with them. Starhub say not they fault.

:o looks like im destined to stick on to my maxonline 16Mbps. if really worst case scenario, will bang table at them + go with the 100Mbps cable broadband. I really don't mind using cable but the price is which makes me turn up to fibre.

I think you call the sales hotline and find the staff who signed the fibre plan for you. Ask him/her to help to find out when the signal will be up. Where u staying?

Can I borrow this thread to ask if anyone who was on MaxOnline Ultimate before and switched to 150mbps or 200mbps? In terms of user experience, is there any significant improvements in watching video streams (action sports)? My friend complains that for Ultimate, he experiences choppy video streams from overseas. :( He's interested to go fibre, but a bit apprehensive coz don't know if there will be any real improvement.

I just got my MaxInfinity setup just now. How do I set my DIR-655 DMZ ip to 192.168.1.2? It says it's unable to set DMZ ip outside of the LAN subnet(192.168.0.1).

Obviously you cant..

Your lan is 192.168.0.x your dmz range has to be in 192.168.0.x range
