For the advance setting, you are referring to the VLAN ID settings to get the router working? That is found under LAN > IPTV.

cannot work...
after i input the VLAN and PRIO numbers, the router hang and cannot enter.
force reset the router and get default settings back.

@Clock, if you're already on direct ONT connection why do you still need to enter VLAN settings? Just set your router WAN type to Dynamic IP will do.

no "proceeding..." or something? how about let it hang for a couple of minutes before you force reset it?

Long shot.

The WAN is on automatic IP already.
Port trigger - disabled.
port forwading - disabled.
dmz - disabled.
ddns disabled.

even disabled the firewall. still no internet access.

router gets a WAN IP 182.19.223.14.

direct connect to port 1 on the NC and still no internet access.

Try enable Port Forwarding and restart router.

not working either.

Strange, should work since router manage to get WAN IP. Perhaps you might want to reconfigure from fresh, ie. reset router configuration to default settings. Ignore any settings on VLAN since your is direct ONT connection.

i dont think the problem now lies on the router itself since a direct cable connection from the PC/laptop to the NC does not work at all now.

I assumed you have restart ONT whenever there is a change of devices (PC/laptop/router).

yeap. power down everything for more than 30 seconds to play safe too... nothing works.

Try this, power-off ONT, connect your desktop/laptop to port 1 of ONT, power-on ONT and post your ipconfig /all result.
