check your wireless settings. upgrade your firmware.

Rubbish leh.

it doesn't matter which line you are in. The problem lies with the router.

My N66U is using FW 3.0.0.4.270
Notebook Wireless Adapter: Intel Wireless N2200.

Router is Reset to Default.. Plug and play..
What else to change.

1. wireless channel used?
2. encryption type used?
3. wireless mode used?
4. channel b/w used?
5. extension channel used?
6. authentication used?
7. power adjustment used?
8. 2.4GHz / 5GHz?

all of the above.

if N56U could achieve that... i don't know why your N66 so pathetic. maybe the N2200 cmi ? ha ha

similar to yours except the channel, wireless mode. My power only 100, wireless N only.

my SSID for 5GHz and 2.4GHz is different also.

100mW for N56U and 200mW for N66U...won't that affect the stability of the router?

By the way, I am using RMerlin's 270.26 on the N66U. Connected via TP-Link WDN4800.

1. wireless channel used? 1 for 2.4Ghz, 48 for 5Ghz
2. encryption type used? AES
3. wireless mode used? auto for 2.4Ghz, N only for 5Ghz
4. channel b/w used? 40MHz for both frequencies
5. extension channel used? Auto
6. authentication used? WPA2- Personal
7. power adjustment used? 80 mW
8. 2.4GHz / 5GHz? 2.4 Ghz and 5GHz running concurrently

I tell you this is crap. Contact the sale person who in charge of ur account and plug them... I did that and they sort of express my installation.. Today 6 person came to my house to hook up the Internet and make sure it's working...

Thanks bro.

I've called in twice to leave a request on tech assistance but got the standard message " Starhub is aware of you ...bla...bla...bla...' so send a feedback today. let see what happens

I was on Cable premium but only managed to get 15Mbs DL & 1.5Mbs UL...using speednet test...i'm so under served...:s22:

I think it's still bugged. I read in a smallnetbuilder thread that the current cannot be changed by the webui. The value will still be 80 even though you have put another value.

why think when you can easily test it to prove the claims? :s22:

Ur hw are not fr SH right?

I wonder if u guys will feel it slow after some time of use as u grow immune to the speed

Also some hw may hinder the potential. If we buy own router, what must we look out for?
