LAN connection to the D-Link RG. The uplink speedtest completed while the speed was still climbing... :)

Requested for direct ONT on my Asus AC66u & waited 4 weeks for installation which was further delayed for 10 days as the customer service commented high demand after PC show.
Though it was today....same complain as some of the bro here. No access to internet....Geez

The Starhub chap told me that it was Opennet setting problem...first it was wait 30minutes to get setting, then wait for opennet call u once they get u connected.... then it was if no connection by tomo call 1633... I can't believe it after so long since the roll out of fibre still the same problem.

I don't think there's setting problem on my router...as I plug my old cable connection on & off...there's internet access...

Anyone got similar issues...

Your speed says 150 down...which means you'll be at 150 up soon...StarHub is upgrading all fibre customers to symmetric in the coming weeks / months...

haha.. i never believe in StarHub words until i see results.

I tell you this is crap. Contact the sale person who in charge of ur account and plug them... I did that and they sort of express my installation.. Today 6 person came to my house to hook up the Internet and make sure it's working...

On wireless. I get this?

Direct ONT to Asus N66U..
Reset to default. Plug cable from Port 1 ONT to WAN port of Asus Router.
Distance: Notebook next to Router.

So what is wrong?

check your wireless settings. upgrade your firmware.

Rubbish leh.

You must be joking.

I was on 50Mbps Cable and wireless I can get 50Mbps also...

Now 200Mbps I get < 10Mbps???!

it doesn't matter which line you are in. The problem lies with the router.
